Wizards Announces M10 Rules Changes
As they did with Sixth edition, Wizards is again shaking up the game of Magic. They’ve announced some sizable rules changes to be put into effect with Magic 2010. Things from simultaneous mulligans to the death of Mana burn on to changes for combat and some keywords. Lots to read up on!
