‘Prosper,’ Zendikar’s 3rd Set is ‘Rise of the Eldrazi’
To many of us this isn’t going to be news, ‘Rise of the Eldrazi’ (shortened to ‘RoE’) had been discovered at the same time as ‘Worldwake’ but it took a while longer to be accepted as the name for the third set of Zendikar. Well today, the set logo as well as the expansion symbol arrived on the MTGSalvation forums Rumor Mill courtesy of Autharaf. There’s no telling when the set will be announced on Wizards.com, as today they feature a Wallpaper graphic of ‘Oran-Rief Survivalist’ in the Arcana section, but with the graphics in hand it should be very very soon.
‘Rise of the Eldrazi’ is going to be an interesting set, as it somewhat mirrors what we had in Lorwyn/Shadowmoor. This third set is designed to stand alone when it comes to limited play, meaning that it is a “big” set as if it were the first set of the block. But, with the separation in limited, the sets will have story connections and an interweaving of elements. However, unlike Shadowmoor, it does not have a fourth smaller set following it.

That pic is player-made. Don’t put up with bs.

No way. Also, that’s official art. And you’re whining about the icon? You two are ridiculous. The Icon could be Jessica Alba’s boobs, and you people would complain.
And there won’t be a Sorin vs Nissa deck, because they JUST did a Green Vs Black deck, and Sorin and Nissa aren’t enemies. In the lore, Garruk HAS battled Liliana, and Chandra HAS battled Jace.
As for you other two, get off your damn self-important high horse. Either buy the product or don’t. Quit complainging about, and judging things you know nothing about.
