Magic the Gathering, as a game, enjoys a vibrant competitive landscape. Starting with The DCI’s Pro Tour, and supported by their Grand Prixes, the competitive landscape of Magic is the core driving force for many players. Recently though there has been an upswing in “premier” events not directly sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, this list will include all tournaments offering a prize pool $3,000 and more, wherever their location is or whoever their sponsors for the event are.
