Standard
This is classified by Wizards and the DCI as a ‘Constructed’ Format. It has a limited pool of cards for players to pull from, this pool rotates with each new block and core set.
Standard is the most common constructed format played as it has the smallest card pool of the constructed formats and is considered the easiest to get into for newer players. It is also the most hotly competitive through online resources who mine deeply into the limited card pool to find the strongest decks.
This list contains the sets currently legal in Standard.
