Formats for Competitive Magic
Magic the Gathering’s staggering success is largely attributed to it’s competitive formats that allow players to compete for spots on its Pro Tour. This page, and it’s sub-pages, are meant to help explain the formats, as well as make explanations for newer players about subtleties in the format.
More information will always be added and updated as formats change and sets rotate, please be sure to check the last date of edit to make sure a page hasn’t slipped by and become out of date!
