Episode 18 is in answer to an emailed question about the turn and what exactly it is composed of in terms of game rules. Unfortunately life got in the way and Lee couldn’t make it to this shoot, so Trick flew solo and led you all down the seven page odyssey of the Magic turn as defined in Magic’s comprehensive rules.

Throughout this episode the words “step” and “phase” get thrown around frequently and sometimes confusingly. Remember a step is part of one of the phases. Or if you prefer, “Phases have steps (sometimes).”
