Beware of ‘Extreme Value Package’

If you’re in your local mega-retailer, Target, Walmart, or one of the others, beware of the packs below. The packs are not official Wizards product, they are repacks by a large distributor from the looks of it. They seem to be either pre-cons or in some reported cases, a deck of just lands. At the $5 price point you may want to reconsider gambling on what you might get.

  1. LOL i bought one of these. came with some old ass core cards, (not sure what set, theyre not around me at the moment) it came with a couple cards that are still used nowadays, but they were all white bordered.

Epic Fail buying it, the only thing i got out of it was some lands, a lava axe, and the promo card on the front, retaliator griffin.

If these aren’t licensed under wizards they should be sueing the shit out of these people.

I noticed the packaging wasn’t very wizards official.

  2. Beware like the plague. Got the one lame promo and nothing else but lands. You can’t see whats in the pack and I would have been just fine with a bunch of commons, but being told its a “deck” and being given all lands is false advertising. I’m going to return it to Target.
